Carrots are one of the primary vegetables.
Carrots are also rich in antioxidants and minerals.
Carrot is rich in Vitamin A and it improves eyesight.
Carrot is a rich source of carotene, vitamin В1, vitamin В2, vitamin В3, vitamin В6, vitamin С, vitamin Е, vitamin К, minerals salts.
Health fiber in carrots promote normal activity of digestion, good impact on pancreas and liver functions, helps in carbohydrates metabolism, and also help in eliminating constipation.



It is rich in iron and helps in treating anemia.
It is rich in folic acid which is very essential for pregnant mothers.
Betacyanin present in beetroots helps to reduce bad cholesterol that is LDL cholesterol from depositing in the arterial walls preventing heart attacks and strokes.
Beetroots are rich in nitrates which releases nitric oxide to blood vessels which in turn helps in widening the blood vessels and increase blood flow to the genitals.
Beetroots contain a chemical compound named Boron which helps in production of sex hormones. Thus it boosts up sexual health and stamina.
Betacyanin in beetroot helped slow the growth of tumours in patients with breast and prostate cancer.
Beetroots which are rich in nitrates could help reduce blood pressure drastically.
Because of its high soluble fibre content, beetroot is a great laxative. It cleanses the colon and clears out the stomach helping in regularising one’s bowel movements.


Radishes are very good for the liver and stomach, and it acts as a powerful detoxifier too and helps in treating jaundice.


It is good in  aiding digestion, soothing colds, and flu.


This food is low in Saturated fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium.
It is also a good source of Vitamin A, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium, which are very essential for body.
