Concentrate on the nutrition of the diet and NOT on the proportion of the diet. Drink enormous amount of water as it flushes out unwanted nitrogenous wastes and toxins from our body.
Gym for all age groups helps to keep the body fit. If gym is not possible, continue with activities of daily living like cleaning your house, doing laundry work, gardening and even climbing stairs. These can help you maintain physical fitness. Exercise is a key-equipment to the physical body to protect it and to run on a long term basis without any hindrance or damage to its parts.
DO NOT overeat or oversleep as this will hinder the normal function of the body.
